IMPORTANT

Call for abstracts

Abstracts may be submitted until 1 June 2026.
However, early submissions are encouraged.

The abstracts will be considered by the organising committee in three phases.

Phase 1 - Prior 1 January 2026 (inactive)

‍Phase 2 – 1 January till 1 March 2026
Abstracts that are submitted between 1 January and 1 March 2026 will be considered before 1 April 2026 and the applicants will be informed on the result so that they can take advantage of the discount by paying the registration fee before 1 June 2026.

‍Phase 3 – after 1 March 2026
All other abstracts will be considered on an ongoing basis April - June 2026 and the applicants will be informed as soon as possible.
