All cancellations must be addressed in writing or by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat.
For all cancellations received before 1 August 2018, a refund of 75% will be granted. No refunds will be made for cancellations after that date. However, participants will be allowed to designate someone else to attend the conference instead of themselves. Refunds will be made only after the conference.
